COACHING FOR MS AND ADHD
Do you need support to living better with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)?
About Me
Hello, I'm Lucie Petrelis, a certified coach living with Multiple Sclerosis and ADHD, born in 1979 in Athens, Greece. Fluent in English, French, and Greek, I am a non-binary individual (she/her) with a passion for embracing diversity and thinking outside the box. As a citizen of the world, I perceive every human as equal and firmly believe that all our challenges and dreams are valid.
I approach life with an open mind and believe in the power of never giving up and always being on our side. My favorite personal quote is: "We have endless opportunities to start over and do things differently until it works for us! It's never too late until it's too late." This philosophy guides my work and inspires me to support others in their journey toward self-development and fulfillment.

"Lucie shares firsthand knowledge, as well as her years of experience in every session. Whether you struggle with motivation, autoimmune disease, MS, ADHD, low energy or any feeling of overwhelm, I can't recommend Lucie Petrelis enough."
There are very few things in my life that have had the impact of the coaching sessions of the past year - for the first time in my life, I have made real progress in gaining control of areas in my life that I had given up on and developing myself in ways I didn’t think possible. Lucie continues to expand her knowledge of current research in areas of health and wellbeing, as well as having extensive experience in the proven techniques of motivational coaching. She shares firsthand knowledge, as well as her years of experience in every session. Whether you struggle with motivation, autoimmune disease, MS, ADHD, low energy or any feeling of overwhelm, I can't recommend Lucie Petrelis enough. Lucie can help you to gain control and take charge of your life in small, logical steps that make sense and produce results. I can personally attest to the clear, in-depth, motivational lifestyle and life changing direction that I have received to help me take charge of my health and my life. Lucie has such a personable and professional manner. I was comfortable sharing with her from our very first meeting. I have collaborated with her to define my goals and then we work together in a determined and gentle manner until we achieve them and the new technique becomes a new habit. I believe this would benefit anyone and everyone.

"Lucie's coaching style is one that is respectful, nonjudgmental, and the true sense of coaching in that she reflects questions so that I can find out what I really want, what outcome would make me happy, and figure out the ways of thinking that’ll get me to where I want to be."
Lucie has helped me during a few very pivotal moments in my life. She has helped me with both personal and professional growth. Her coaching style is one that is respectful, nonjudgmental, and the true sense of coaching in that she reflects questions so that I can find out what I really want, what outcome would make me happy, and figure out the ways of thinking that’ll get me to where I want to be. What is truly special and valuable to me, is that she never tells me what to do, or what her opinion is, instead, she coaches me to figure out the best solution for my problems.

"Working with Lucie was such a blessing. Her kindness and compassion, when wedded with her certainty of which behaviours will best assist me, was perfect for what I needed."
I needed someone who has lived with MS and who has ADHD to tell me how to be kind to myself. I needed someone who didn’t just empathise but who understood first hand.
There were times when I thought I was being kind and giving myself grace but Lucie would say to give myself more compassion. For example a 1 hour break in my working day felt indulgent to me but Lucie said that a 2 hour break actually allows for a proper rest. She was right.
A month or so after I had worked with Lucie I got unwell and a “psydo flare up” of my MS which put me in hospital for a week and out of proper functioning for a couple of months. I was able to be calm in my response to this horrible experience because of the work I had done with Lucie. I don’t want to imagine how much harder that time would have been without the coaching I had previously done with her. She even checked in with me during that time even though I had paused our working together.
The last thing I want to share about Lucie is that she really does care. I met with two MS specialists and I felt very strongly that the other person I met with saw me as income. I never felt that way when working with Lucie. I felt, and still do feel, that I matter to her.

"Since starting my sessions with Lucie, there has been an amazing transformation: it is the first time in my life that at last I look at myself with compassion and offer myself genuine acts of self-care!"
When I decided to start my sessions with Lucie, I was stuck in a constant loop of negative self-talking, while being so exhausted by hating my body.
Since starting my sessions with her, there has been an amazing transformation: it is the first time in my life that at last I look at myself with compassion and offer myself genuine acts of self-care!
Lucie helped me form new thought patterns to protect me from and finally, get rid of my negative inner dialogues and look at myself as the universe’s first priority. She also taught me the ultimate and most long-term skill of self-care: cooking delicious and healthy meals to nurture my body and mind!

"Already from the first meeting, I felt that Lucie could definitely help me. From the beginning, she was very empathetic towards me. She recognized where my problems were, and she was able to ask the right questions."
Originally, I wanted to get coached because of my diet cola addiction. I used to drink between 1.5 - 2 liters of cola every day. Several times I wanted to drink less, and I had never managed to do it. Already from the first online meeting, I felt that Lucie could definitely help me. From the beginning, she was very empathetic towards me. She recognized where my problems were, and she was able to ask the right questions. Many thoughts went through my head after this first conversation. At the second meeting, we came a little closer to my problem. I realized that my unlimited cola consumption and my recurring eating attacks belonged together. Cola and food are comforts for me during a bad day, or out of boredom and loneliness. Lucie has a great talent to recognize problems and to help. She inspired me to focus on good thoughts. With her help, I arranged my life differently. I had good conversations with my husband after a long time. I told him about my coaching and discussed with him how we could better arrange our life together. Since my coaching, we have been trying to have dinner together and share our news of the day. I have now filled my fridge with vegetables, salad, and healthy food. I treat myself to diet cola on special occasions, and then I enjoy it even more. Regarding the topic of sports, I regularly go for weight training and have started jogging again. I can't turn my plan into reality every day because I don't always feel well. But thanks to Lucie, I have learned to accept that there are also bad days. To be grateful for my good life and to enjoy it. Lucie could help me a lot, and I am so grateful to her. I recommend Lucie very much. She asks the right questions. She recognizes the problems, supports you, and is a warm person.

"It’s been a productive and fruitful experience working with Lucie.
When we first met, I’d been newly diagnosed and was mentally in a negative and bad place."
Lucie gently challenged me, and coached me to put in place effective interventions and strategies to help me live life with a positive outlook … and laugh again!
